Bend some coat hangers (or aquire some other wire) into a wing shape. Then pull some fabric over them and secure. Try stretchy fabric, maybe some fishnets!
Have fun!

you will need a few wire coat hangers, a pair of wire cutters and some pliars, bend the segments of coat hanger into whatever shape you wish your wings to be. then you can take plain or colored panty hose and pull over the sections to make the wing fabric, then you can use any sort of water based acrylics to decorate the wings, using watercolor type shades make a really pretty effect, and then using a stick of incense, you can burn quickly little holes in them or make a very lacy effect and even a lacy edge with that, then you can apply glitter or anything fancy you would like including silk flowers or anything of that sort, attatch the wings together in the center, and put ribbon from the top of the back sections, fitting them over your arms to measure how big the loops should be to put your arms through, then cut and attatch the ribbon loops to the bottom of the back of the wings central structure, you can cover the center structure either with flowers, feathers or something interesting, and now you have wings. you could add sheer fabrics, or tulle to them as well to get different layering.
